1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Mylo Prime LLC ("Elerion", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Elerion platform at elerion.ai and elerion.io. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels, and software development kits — work in a comparable way. We use these technologies to keep you signed in, to secure the platform, and, where applicable and with your consent, to understand how the service is used.

3. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary — authentication, session management, security, and load balancing. These are required for the service to function and cannot be switched off. This includes cookies and tokens that keep you signed in, including those associated with magic-link sign-in and staff authentication via Google Identity Platform / Firebase.
  • Functional — remember your preferences and settings, such as your cookie choices, to improve your experience.
  • Analytics — help us measure how the platform is used so we can maintain and improve it. These are set only with your consent where consent is required.
  • Marketing — used to tailor and measure communications about Elerion. These are off unless you opt in.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies may be set by service providers that help us operate the platform, such as our payment processor (Stripe) on checkout pages and our hosting and authentication providers (Google Cloud Platform, Google Identity Platform / Firebase). These providers use cookies in accordance with their own policies for the purposes described above.

5. Managing your choices

Use the controls below to review and update your consent at any time. Your choice is stored on this device, so clearing your browser data will reset it and you may be asked again. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but please note that strictly-necessary cookies are required to sign in and use the service, so disabling them may prevent the platform from working.
